This policy explains what happens to the data you give us on this site: what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to request access or deletion.

1. Who the controller is

Achei BR LTDA, registered under the tax id above, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, and decides the purposes and means of that processing.

Data Protection Officer: paulo@agentshop.com.br. That is the channel for any request about your data.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you tell us and what we need to answer you. We do not buy lists and we do not collect sensitive data.

Demo form: name, role, work email, phone, company, company website, country, industry, monthly online revenue range, and whatever you write in the message.
Site chat: the content of the messages you send the agent, and the transcript when you send audio. The conversation is anonymous — we do not ask who you are in order to talk.
Technical browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and traffic source, collected by the measurement tools described in section 7.

3. What we use it for

Answering your demo request and preparing the commercial conversation with the context of your operation.
Answering the questions you ask in the site chat.
Understanding how the site is used and where our visitors come from, to improve the content and our outreach.
Meeting legal and regulatory obligations, and exercising rights in proceedings where necessary.

4. On what legal basis

Processing the form data rests on preliminary steps related to a contract, at your request (LGPD art. 7, V): you fill it in precisely so that we get in touch.

Audience measurement and outreach rest on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), limited to what is necessary and balanced against your rights — you can object through the controls described in section 7.

Where we ask for consent, it is specific, prominent, and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting what was done before.

6. International transfer

Some data is processed outside Brazil, mainly in the United States, by the providers listed above. Those transfers are made under contractual safeguards equivalent to what the LGPD requires.

7. Cookies and measurement

We use cookies necessary for the site to work, and measurement cookies that tell us how many people visit, which pages they pass through, and which campaign brought them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and that does not stop you from using the site.
To opt out of Google measurement across every site, Google publishes an official Analytics opt-out add-on.

Necessary: Make the site work: language preference and chat state. Disabling them breaks the site.
Audience measurement: Google Analytics. Shows aggregate site usage.
Advertising: Google Ads and Meta. Measure ad performance and enable remarketing.

8. How long we keep it

Commercial contact data: for the length of the relationship and up to 5 years after the last contact, a period tied to the civil statute of limitations.
Chat conversations: kept for as long as needed to run and improve support, and not used to identify you.
Data required by law: for the period the applicable rule sets.

9. Your rights

The LGPD guarantees you the rights below, at any time and free of charge. Write to paulo@agentshop.com.br; we answer within 15 days.

Confirm whether we process your data, and access it.
Correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.
Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, or data processed unlawfully.
Request portability to another provider.
Request deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
Know who we share your data with.
Withdraw consent, where consent is the legal basis.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
