1. What this site is

This is the marketing site for AgentShop, a product of Achei BR LTDA. It presents the platform, publishes content, and offers two contact channels: the demo form and a chat with an AI agent.

The site is not the platform. Nothing can be purchased, paid for or operated here — that is what the commercial contract and the customer dashboard are for.

2. Permitted use

You may browse, read, and use the contact channels to reach us. By using the site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access restricted areas, bypass security controls, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades the service.
• Use the contact channels to send unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reproduce the site's content as your own, or use the trademarks shown here without authorisation.

3. The AI chat

The chat is answered by an artificial intelligence agent, not a person. It exists to answer questions about the platform.

Its answers may be wrong or out of date, and do not constitute a commercial offer, a quote, technical advice, or a contractual commitment. What governs is the signed contract or the formal proposal sent by the team.

Do not type passwords, card details, identification documents, or any sensitive personal data into the chat — yours or anyone else's.

4. Content, trademarks and case studies

The content of this site — text, images, code and visual identity — belongs to Achei BR LTDA or to those who licensed it to us, and is protected by law.

Third-party trademarks shown belong to their respective owners. Results published in case studies refer to a specific operation over a specific period, and are not a promise of results for any other operation.

5. Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of this site.

Nothing in these terms removes rights granted to consumers by law, or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it; once you follow the link, the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, are elected to settle any dispute, waiving any other, however privileged.
